Necro Valley vs Horus lvl 6

horus is unaffected by spell cards.. but if necrovalley is on the field, horus kills a monster, goes to the graveyard... once he's off the field, is horus effect negated?

The level-up effect of Horus Lv 6 (and of all 'LV' monsters) is activated on the field, not the graveyard.

"Necro Valley" can not negate the effect of level-up (and I do not mean the spell card "Level-Up") any of the 'LV' monsters.

Necrovalley in no way negates Horus LV6's effect (Special Summoning).

The Special Summoning does not in any way target a card(s) in the Graveyard, or manipulate the Graveyard itself.
