Necrovalley vs "Blasting the Ruins" & "Cemetary Bomb"

Hello

Even after viewing the Ronin database and reading the various rulings, I am still not certain of the following...

If Necrovalley is active on the field, are the effects of 'Blasting the Ruins' and 'Cemetary Bomb' negated?

Thanks

No, because "Blasting the Ruins" and "Cemetery Bomb" merely counts the number of cards in the Graveyard to inflict damage. They aren't considered "Graveyard Effects".

The important thing with Necrovalley is "graveyard manipulation" - generally, any card effect activated from outside the grave that takes a card from the grave and sends it somewhere else (hand, deck, field, RFG) is negated.
