i need to know a few Q@A's ..
1st::if i have 2}Heart of the Underdog on the field ..do i get the effect twice..

2nd::it allmost the same ..if i have 2}Two-Man Cell Battle on the field again do i get the effect twice....

3rd::with Non-Spellcasting Area on the field with a gemni elf f/u on the field
then i play gravity axe-grarl..no i understand she is not effected by g.axe to get the boost "but" the card states :as long as this "card" remains face-up on the field.....
now {corect me if i'm wrong}Non-Spellcasting Area is not negate'in the activation of g.axe of really even the effect it just can't give a boost to the selected monster....right???

1) yes, look to the Judge's List for more in-depth repy

2) yes, you would (note, only turn player summons 2)

3) would prevent changes, and equip ATK boost is negated

whooa there cowboy...
would prvent change's as in :non-spellcasting will not allow the second effect of axe..
or do u mean ...no atk boost but! i "DO" get the second effect of axe..

.....???...

Your opponent's Non-Effect Monsters will be able to change their battle position since they are also affected by "Non-Spellcasting Area".

you "DO" get the "no position change" effect, except for their normal monsters....., sorry i'm dead tired, but not sleepy, wierd, huh?

as u can tell i'm up late watching the"shield"on FX. brainstorming on new adjustments to an old deck..
