question about removing

i would like to know if is good this example:

i use Fushioh Richie and i throw it in graveyard, so it isn't summoned correctly.

after i use bazoo the soul eater and i remove ritchie by the effect of bazoo.

after i use Dimension Fusion....

can i special summon ritchie ignoring it's summoning condition?

does this example works also 4 card like bls, Chaos Sorcerer and all cards similar to ritchie?

When you say throw, you mean if it was destroyed or you Tributed it for a Tribute Summon or something? I am not familiar with the card, but as long as you properly summoned the monster correctly and it does not state on the card "this card can only be blah blah EXCEPT" then I see why not you can use Dimension Fusion in that scenario.
