Rush Recklessly - Duh!

Alright, this question may seem ridiculous and downright stupid and will probably get a total of three replies max. All I want to know is if, like the card text indicates, if Rush Recklessly can be applied to my opponent's monster's as well as mine. I realize it's obvious, but I need to know for certain that there isn't a B.K.S.S behind this card that I as completely unaware of (like Ultimate Offering, for example. **thump***thump*** Sound of Digital Jedi beating dead horse.) Don't ask why I need to know. I just need to know.

i don't think that you have any restriction on what monster you wanna use it on, no matter whose it is

Just like equip spell cards such as Fairy Meteor Crush or Axe of Despair you can target any face up monster that is a legal target....on either side of the field.
