recently i was on a tourney. it was nice but i had some problems with the judge. it seemed to be that he has some "special rules" invented himself. so, it would be good if you could tell me weather the following statements are right:
1. "apprentice magician" was errated. he doesn't have to be destroyed in battle to get its effect. --- i don't think so and i hadn't find this errata, too.
What's right?
2. slate warrior attacked my airknight. i activated book of moon to stop that attack. then my opponent flipped slate warrior face-up again. i protested, because you can't change the battle postition after a battle. but the judge said that he could do this because of book of moon htere was no battle. ---- i don't think so becaue book of moon doesn't negate the attack, but waht's right?
now the last question. it was no situation on this tourney but this questions is already since a few days in my mind.
scene: the opponent has a d.d warrior lady since 2 turns face-up on the field. i've got a face-down book of moon. now the opponent activated heavy storm and i chained BoM to his DDWL. could he change the battle position yet? i don't know it and this rule isnt't in ronin but in the latest Netrepâ„¢ ther you couldn't change the position.
pls answer my questions and don't worry about my english. i'm not American ^^

3. i had magical scientist on the field and wanted to use its effect in main phase 2. the judge said i can't do this. i think not so because DJs effect is a cost and so speel speed 1 -> i can activate the effect in MP2. what's right?
