Silent Swordsman LV5

OK stupid question if i were to use Level UP on Silent Swordsman LV5 will i be able to summon Silent Swordsman LV7? And will Silent Swordsman LV7 get his affect of negating magics still?

There is no stupid question, just question.

Yes, you can use "Level Up!" to send "Silent Swordsman LV5" to special summon "Silent Swordsman LV7", and SSLV7 still has his full effect.

EDIT: "Level Up!" ignores the summoning condition, as stated in it's text. SSLV7 will not negate the effect of "Level Up!" because when the card resolves, SSLV7 is not in the field yet.
