If I had Banisher of the Radiance on the Feild and Dimmensional Fissurein play. Could the opponent use Exiled Force to destroy the banisher. Looked at rulings. It didn't say. Im thinking it doesn't becauseExiled wouldn't go to the grave.
Yes you can use Exiled Force to destroy Banisher of the Radience. Exile Force just needs to be tributed (which in this case he'll be Removed from play). He doesn't need to go to the graveyard.
