I'm not sure what you mean. The Six Samurai - Kamon can only destroy face-up Spell or Trap Cards.

Kamon's effect can only be used on face up spell/traps

The Six Samurai - Kamon's effect is an Ignition effect. You cannot chain it to the activation of another card. Therefore you can't chain it to, say, the activation of Swords of Revealing Light. You can, however, activate Kamon's effect on its own later (during your Main Phase) to destroy the Swords of Revealing Light (thus allowing you to attack with your monsters again - except for Kamon because of his effect). However, you cannot prevent the flipping of your monsters face-up by Swords with Kamon's effect.
