Skill Drain vs. certain creatures' effects

Alright, most Skill Drain questions with creatures have already been answered, but I do still have a few questions on certain creatures I'm not sure of....

Are the effects of Kaiser Sea Horse, The Trojan Horse, Double Coston, Unshaven Angler, Whirlwind Prodigy, and Flame Ruler still valid while Skill Drain is on the field?

Is Pinch Hopper one of the graveyard effects that will trigger? I'm pretty sure it is, but it acts differently from the elemental searchers, etc.

Marauding Captain's special summoning effect is negated, correct?

How about 3-Hump Lacooda?

I can't think of any others off the top of my head, that I was unsure about, but the main ones I had were for Pinch Hopper, and Flame Ruler (to bring out Ultimate Obedient Fiend easier).

Kaiser Sea Horse and cards with like effects have no issues with Skill Drain because they are tributed (and therefore not face up on the field) and their effect isn't negated by Skill Drain

Pinch Hopper resolves in the Graveyard so it's effect isn't negated by Skill Drain.

Marauding Captain's effect would be negated because it's still face up on the field when it's effect tries to resolve.

3 Hump Lacooda....now that one I couldn't say off the top of my head. Let me see what I can dig up or if someone else beats me to it all the better!

Good, good. *rubs buggish appendages together like the one bug on that episode of Family Guy*

I thought all those cases would work, but I did want to make sure. Makes getting Blue-Eyes White Dragon, Dark Magician, and Ultimate Obedient Fiend easier to bring out in Skill Drain decks that might be centered around them anyway. I can see where Skill Drain could really shine in an insect deck as well, which is why I asked about Pinch Hopper. You have Howling Insect and it, and can bring out the big beastly bugs while your Arsenal Bugs stay 2000 all the time and you don't have to worry about most of your opponents' effects as well.

3-Hump Lacooda came to my mind because I actually had no idea if that would work, or what situations it would... you still have one on the field, yet, the effect activates similar to how Exiled Force would.

Nix the post to the judge's board. densetsu_x is quite right (Isn't he usually?)

The ruling from 3-Hump Lacooda is as follows....

You can choose which of the "3-Hump Lacoodas"' effects you are activating; it can be one of the ones you are Tributing or the one that is remaining on the field.

You'd think I'd learn after a couple hundred times to do my research before I post wouldn't you?

Flame Ruler, Whirlwind Prodigy, Pinch Hopper, 3-Hump Lacooda (provided you tribute the one you activate), Kaiser Sea Horse, The Trojan Horse, Double Coston, Unshaven Angler are all Graveyard effects, as far as I know

Just to clarify, all of these (EXCEPT "Pinch Hopper") are NOT Graveyard Effects. Their effect activates on the field when they are Tributed. But they will still be unaffected by "Skill Drain" because they were Tributed, thus, no longer face-up in the field.
