They misprint a LOT of cards. And the newest printed does NOT mean it's the correct version! ALL cards should be traated as saying what is in the erata list.so what about Snatch Steal,the older version says"take control of your opponents FACE UP monster',the newer version says'take control of a monster' it does not say "face up",so witch one is correct?

Equip cards cannot target a face down monster. By game mechanic the monster must be face up in order to properly resolve an Equip card that is targeting it.

This brings up I question I encountered at a tournament a few weeks ago. I think I know what happens, but I might be wrong so correct me if I am wrong

A player controls a monster (any monster except Blindly Loyal Goblin or Mataza) and his opponent activates Snatch Steal. Both players agree to let this resolve, so the opponent gains control of the monster. Then, the opponent who now controls the monster Book of Moons it. Snatch Steal is destroyed, but doesn't the monster stay under the control of the opponent?

Yes it does.

Snatch Steal does not have anything on the card that says when control returns to th eopponent. So when its flipped face-down, it justbecomes another card on your side of the field.
