TER and Giant Trunade

1) What happens to the monster equiped to TER if Giant Trunade is activated?

2) All effect monsters don't have their effects as long as they are TER equips, right? I know that graveyard effects still are activated (such as Sangan) but Jinzo, for example, lose his effect, despite the card text: "as long as this card remains face-up on the field". Right?

1) The monster returns to its owner's hand.

2) Jinzo, etc. will have no effect. I will also note that mosnters still have their names, so a face-up Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning will still be viable to be on the field for cases such as Primal Seed.
