i just had a question on your opponents turn can you activate traps and quick play spell cards during your opponents draw phase and end phase

Yes, you are more than welcome to play properly set traps and quickplay spell cards during your opponents draw and end phases. Its a great way to get some traps into play before they can use their normal speed spell cards to stop them.
