first is Tiv's effect a target effect ?

second, if u have a tiv and your opp has king dragun and horus lv8, and u discard a card for tiv and call dragons, are they destroyed ?? and is a dragon removed from game when killed by ddwl while king dragun exists on the field ?????????

1. Tribe Infecting Virus does not target.

2. Yes, it would destroy Horus and King Dragun because it doesn't target.

3. DD Warrior Lady's effect removing a dragon while King Dragun is in play - I don't know, I'll defer this one to better experts. It sure seems like her effect targets, but it doesn't give you a choice of targets -- it takes whatever she previously battled with. So you targetted when you battled the monster, her effect is only removing the same monster from play. Hmmm... My guess, and that's all it would be, is that it does remove it from play.
