it is said that toon gemini elf is a type C toon

it [this] means that it dont [doesn't] depends [depend] on toon world to be sumoned but requires toon world to atck [attack] Lp directly

my question

i cannot atck [attack] LP directly IF OPONENT [OPPONENT] DONT [DOESN'T] HAVE ANY  monsters on the field  IF I DONT [DON'T]  have toon world?

Toon Gemini Elf has the ability to conduct regular battle just like any other monster. If Toon World is on the field Toon Gemini Elf gains the ability to attack the opponent's life points directly (if your opponent does not have a Toon monster on their side of the field).

Easier to leave original text and just post a more readable edit below it.  All those strikeouts and correction symbols are just making it look like gibberish. I realize that the original text is another person's writing, but any changes can be made without permission since it is basically a "research-type" document, void of copyright infringement.

Can I attack Lp's directly if my OPPONENT doesn't have any monsters on the field and Toon World is not active?

but about this question oviously yes Toon Gemini Elf is "Type" C

Does not require Toon world to summon
cant attack the turn its summon
It can attack directly while toon world is face up on the field.

so yes that means that if the opponent has no monsters and you dont have toon world you can still attack as normal. Unless Toon gemini elf had a text on it that said This monster can only attack while Toon World is on the field, then yea it wouldnt be able to attack.

but that isnt the case.

Type A are toons like Toon Mermaid and BETD that can only be played if Toon World is on the field, can't attack when they're summoned, and must pay 500 LP to attack.

Type B is a special type, Toon DMG, which doesn't have the LP requirement or attacking restriction but still needs Toon World on the field to be played.
