I search for the first one, and I want some "final" answer......
There are way toooo much different version......

1 Is Trap Hole targetting or not?
2 Does Lord of D prevent dragons in the graveyard from being target (ie CotH, Disappear, etc.)?
3 If a special summon only monster is picked out via Reasoning, what happens?
4 Why can the Ignition effect of Continuous Trap (ie Ultimate Offering, etc.) only be used in your own Main Phase or opponent's Battle Phase? Is this a game mechanic, or "because Konami says so," or what?

Thanks a lot, guys

your third question, if the monster is special summoning with requirements for example dark necrofear or the chaos monsters then it does not get summoned and you keep on checking i believe

your fourth question, its a game mechanic, konami said so rulings are usually things breaking precedents

1.) Yes

2.) No, it only applies to Dragon Types face-up on the field.

3.) You cannot Special Summon if it a "Special Summon only" monster unless the cost has been paid previously. If it is a "Nomi" monster you cannot Special Summon it at all no matter what.

4.) It is not an Ignition Effect, as Ignition Effects are specifically Monster Effects that are manual Spell Speed 1 effects. To avoid confusion we should not get into the habit of calling them that.

As far as Ultimate Offering, it was a ruling put in by Konami to avoid abuse early on. It only applies to Ultimate Offering, not to any other Traps.

Lets make this quick and painless ok.......

1.) TRAP HOLE
"Trap Hole" is a targeting effect. (UDE FAQ)
2.)ok this is a little more difficult.... here is what the FAQ says

If you have "Lord of D." on the field, and activate "Premature Burial" to Special Summon a Dragon-Type monster from your Graveyard, that is okay, but if your opponent later destroys "Premature Burial" your Dragon-Type monster is also destroyed because "Premature Burial" is NOT selecting your Dragon-Type as a target.

So I would have to say YES because it is not the Dragon-Type that is being targeted. It is the fact that it is a monster itself that allows it to be summoned or "Dissappeared"
Hope that is right... lol

3.)that monster would go to the graveyard because he cannot be summoned in that manner because he is a "Special Summon Only Monster"and there for not eligible to be used with Reasonings effect. And since it IS a monster the looking stops there.

4.) hhmmmmm.... DANKER??? anyone?? help?? lol

If you're talking about does Lord of D's effect extend to the Graveyard, the answer is no. It only applies to face-up Dragons. Once a Dragon-type is returned to the field by Premature Burial or Call of the Haunted, Lord of D's effect prevents the direct targeting of effects on all Dragons, but cannot use his effect on those cards since they were already activated and when they resolved, they brought Dragon-types "to" the field.
