When pyramid turtle is destroyed, its effect is triggered and summons a Vampire Lord to the field during the damage step. Can normal trap cards such as bottomless trap hole and torrential tribute targets the summoned Lord? I know for sure that counter trap such as Solemn Judgement can destroy the summoned.

Command Knight effect states as "...increase all warrior sub-type monster by 400...". Does it apply to all summoned monsters later? Eg. when command knight is alone on the field, its atack is 1600 due to the increase and when Don Zaloog is summoned on the next turn, does Knight's attack increase to 2000 and Zaloog's increases his to 1800?

Lord Of D.'s effect states that all single target effect that targets dragon sub-type monsters on the field is negated. I do not really understand this, can anyone give me a clearer explanation?

1. No, a normal trap like "Bottomless Trap Hole" could not be activated in response to summoning "Vampire Lord" from the effect of "Pyramid Turtle"

2. "Command Knight"'s effect is continuous as long as she is on the field. So all Warriors on your side of the field get the bonus as long as she is there.

3. Simple, if you have "Lord of D." on the field (face-up) and you have Dragons on your side of the field, if your opponent plays a targeting card like "Change of Heart", he cannot pick any of your Dragons. He'd have to pick "Lord of D." or some other non-Dragon type.

In response to your 3rd answer to my 3rd question, my question would be can Fissure destroy a Troop Dragon(Atk 700) if a Lord Of D. is on the same side of the field as with the Troop Dragon? The answer should be a yes right? Fissure is not a targeted card right? The text says lowest attack so it does not choose the target. Hence, the effect of Lord Of D. should not be triggered.

Also, Baltar's effect should be a multi-trigger one as well right? It says in its text "...by paying 1000 lifepoint, negate the effect of a magic..." Hence, it should be able to be used during an opponent's turn to stop cards like Pot Of Greed. There is just one small part I don't understand if its multi-triggered. Why can't it stop quick-play spell cards?

I noticed no one addressed this question properly. "Command Knight" does not increase 400 attack for EVERY Warrior that is present on your side of the field. If you have 2 Command Knight's on your side of the field, then one would increase the other to 1600, then it would "self-increase" by another 400, for a total of 2000 attack. This would happen to both, so each would be at 2000. If your opponent were to Change of Heart, Enemy Controller, or otherwise gain control of one of them, then its attack would revert to 1600 because it only affects Warriors on YOUR side of the field.

"Don Zaloog would increase to 1800 attack" is correct.
