Valkyrion vs. capabilities

Valkyrion allows you to summon him like a Ritual or Fusion Summon, if you have all the parts in your hand or field, even if a part IS face-down.
It actually states it right on the card (which I assume you did not have handy...)
This card can only be Special Summoned by offering 'Alpha the Magnet Warrior', 'Beta the Magnet Warrior', and 'Gamma the Magnet Warrior' from your hand or the field as a Tribute. If 'Alpha the Magnet Warrior', 'Beta the Magnet Warrior', and 'Gamma the Magnet Warrior' exist in the Graveyard, you can offer this card as a Tribute to Special Summon these 3 cards to the field.
So (obviously), you could not offer them from your Deck as a Tribute.
Keep in mind also that Valkyrion needs to be in you Hand in order to Special Summon him. If you have all three magnet warriors on the Field or in your Hand, you cannot Tribute them to Special Summon Valkyrion from your Deck.
I've seen people try to do this in the past.

Javario, you actually raise a really good point.
It's nice that we are all helping each other out here, and sharing the tribal knowledge of the ancients...
But rules do change (as much as we wish they didn't...or sometimes do...anyway...)
We will have to make sure that we stay up to date with the lastest from Konami and UpperDeck; in case new rulings come out that will override things we say here.
Guess it's a good thing we have so many eyes watching out for changes. What a great community we have here! *sniff*, I love you man!...
