I will be giving short lectures (should not take longer the 30 mintutes) with discussions afterward every tuesday night @8pm, starting tonight, for the next 7 weeks in irc.scrollrack.com channel #Rules_Discussion. My intital reason for doing this was for the benefit of my own judges, some of whom will be in #Rules_Discussion at the specified time. But I figured there is no reason not to offer this opportunity to anyone who is interested.

topics, in no particular order:
battle phase, missing the timing, end phase effects, priority, state based effects, targeting, and SEGOC & tidbits.
