I'm not all too sure what Emon Bazoo is yet, and I'm not sure against Diamond Dude Turbo.

But for Zombie/Phoenix, here's what I'd suggest:

D.D. Crow
Bottomless Trap Hole
Marionette Mite (against Zombies, possibly)
Black Horn of Heaven (maybe)

This seems like too general of a question, as the meta seems to fluctuate more based on the area you play in. Other than Bazoo Return, or Gadget/Monarchs, nothing seems to be too dominant in popularity. At least, not enough to warrant an all-encompassing side deck nationwide.

However, for the sake of thoroughness, try this: ;)

I'm partial to Needle Ceiling as a side deck card at this point against Samurai and it's effective against any swarm deck as well as being chainable.

In my paticular deck I can side in Skill Drain with a min. number of monster changes as well which of course puts a crimp in a majority of decks....though it's probably not a likely choice for most decks.

Compulsory Evacuation Device while not a grand card for a longer game certainly is a possibility against many monsters...it works well against SPoN and Samurai, and is another option other than Nobleman of Crossout for face down monsters and is chainable.

Twister of course being the new S/T destroyer on the scene is seeing plenty of side deck action and is, I believe, a wise choice as well.
 
I'm partial to Kinetic Soldier against the Six Samurai and Divine Wrath against Grand Mole. They do seem to work...
 
with me it varies with what i run.... my machine deck - for example- has a side that
looks about like
3x spell canceller
3x d d scout planes
2x rfdd
2x bes tetran
3x solemn judgement or royal decrees
2x kinetic soldier (1 in main)

i do vary it with what i think i'll be facing tho....
