Uhm well can anyone tell me how you come around becoming a lv1 judge[lowest level of judge]. i heard that there is an age requirment to be one.all help would be very apprecieted.
 
If you have your 9 digit UDE # (xxx-xxx-xxx) and password, then you can go ahead and contact UDE for the link to take the YuGiOh LV1 Judge Qualifcation Exam. The link they email you is only valid for about 24hrs i believe.

Just request to take the Level 1 YuGiOh test and they will reply within 2 weeks time. If you do not have 9 digit UDE # and/or password, then in the email that your sending to request the test, request a new UDE #, which can be done (it did for me :))

currently the lv 1 test (yugi) is down. They didn't say exactly when it will be back up. I've been checking every other day (I really want to take the test).
 
Don't know if they intend to put it back up as there were problems with people getting their friends to sit beside them and give them all the answers and such, so that many Lv judges hadn't a clue about any of the rules, they just did the test for the title and to try bluff their opponent's by making up rulings and saying that they're a Lv1 Judge, hoping that the opponent wouldn't know any better.
 
I don't think we'll ever be allowed to take the test online again.

I heard that UDE removed the link to the test altogether because there was too much cheating going on. I think the only way to get your Lv1 Judge Certification is to take the test at a Premiere-level tournament (i.e. regionals, sneak previews, etc.).
