Okay, I give up... Is it easier to just place the whole name of the card/effect by cut and paste if you dont want to spell it???

the end of the turn. The controlled Monster can attack your
opponent directly.
Let's make it easier. My opponent destroys my X.E.N.O., can I use its effect and equip a monster? I personally feel I cannot do this because it is already dead, so it's flip effect(the one that changes it into an equip magic) should not work. Am I right?

I Think you are talking about "Jowls of Dark Demise".
And yes as all flip effect monster you would get the effect of "Jowls of Dark Demise" after it is destoyed in battle.

X.E.N.O. is the name of "Jowls of Dark Demise" in Japan.

Or rather a better Q is why did UDE do such a strange translation from X.E.N.O. to Jowls Of Dark Demise?exiledforcefreak said:

Nowhere does it say it becomes an Equip card. Basically it's a Flip Effect version of "Change of Heart" with the added perk that the monster you take can attack directly.
And really, stop asking about cards that are out in Japan that aren't out here. That's more of "General Discussion" if you want to ask about it.
