Herald of purplelight/ herald of green light?
Should stop that deck in its tracks, even if the opponent gets first turn
That said, I dont think that the magical explosion deck willbe that popular, as the same trick can be done with Manticore of Darkness to get most of your deck in your hand...
Question: how much money do kids spend on toys? Compare this to how much money adults spend on kids on toys...
Hey, even compare this to how much money adults spend on adult toys? (sports cars, harleys, wide screen TVs etc...)
A sales assistant should know a consumer with money when she sees...
Additional uses:
Feeding a Mudora based fairy deck (now there's a card I havent used in some time)
Feeding not only necrofear (as per horusmaster) but the other 'remove X from your graveyard to summon' cards. Of course, this card is lethal in tradional format where chaos still reigns...
Exodia-...
Actually, looking at them again, Burden of the Mighty looks as if it could be quite infuriating.
Cyber Dragon becomes a 1600 attacker, and the monarchs become 1800s. The bigger stuff, especially the 7 star+ really get knocked down. A combo of Burden of the Mighty with skill drain could wreak...
Knight of the End
Effect Monster (DARK/Warrior/Level 4/1400/1200)
When this card is Summoned, you can select 1 DARK monster in your Deck and send it to the Graveyard.
Foolish Burial in Monster form, at least for DARK monsters. Need I say more...
Interesting article about losing, and what one can do about it, on Metagame today.
http://metagame.com/yugioh.aspx?tabid=33&ArticleId=9101
It gives 3 different things that you can do when you lose:
1) You can whine and moan about how how “lucky” your opponent was.
2) You can feel...
Oh I don't know, I think that this could be a moneyraker also.
Consider that many people, having been to local tourneys, will have seen that the Monarchs are the "best deck" (disclaimer- I'm not saying that, but many people have, and they do seem rather popular at SJCs and regionals...)...
*Checks rulings*
Curses! Foiled again! And I would have gotten away with it, if it wasnt for those meddling Judges...
Thanks Oceanus, I wasn't aware of that. :)
Hmm- a new way to search exodia! I would like to take the opportunity to name such a deck: "Exodia dump deck"
The main point of such a deck is to use foolish burial and Knight of the end to dump exodia parts in the graveyard, then bring them out quickly to the hand with Dark Burst, monster...
Bribery of Dark Shrine + Protector of the Sanctuary = FREE negation!
Mad Reloader could be interesting in an exodia deck, if played carefully. Being a dark/fiend fits in well with tomato for thinning, and with Good Goblin Housekeeping available in 3s to really go through the deck (and protect...
That is pretty much what I thought, thank you for the help. I haven't played much in the last year and I fear have become somewhat rusty on rules...
Thanks again!
I liked the suggestion that SJ gave of comboing this with pole position, as Dark Avatar will have the highest attack on the field...However, the three tributes might be problematic.
I checked the forums and couldn't find anything, so here goes:
Player A activates Last Resort
Player B passes.
Player A resolves last resort, searches out Rainbow ruins and activates it as part of the resolution of last resort
Player B wails and gnashes his teeth as he has Horus the Black...
Necrovalley would stop you paying the cost to special summon it from the graveyard, and End of Anubis would stop the effect that allows it to be special summoned from the graveyard (but wouldn't stop you paying the cost- I think. I could well be wrong on that.)
