Armed Dragon vs. Sacred Phoenix...

I dont remember if I have asked this or not... so here goes.. If I send My Sacred Phoenix to the graveyard for Armed Dragon LV5... would it be able to be sp. summoned the next turn?? or is it ruled similar to Card Destruction making it unable to come back??

Discarding is not destroying.

neither is "Sending" ... but if it is sent to the graveyard, is it not destroyed?? not discarded.. sent.... .. also.. .. if a monster is tributed for a tribute monster, is it destroyed?? or just sent to the graveyard?

Tributing is not destroying, sending is not destroying, discarding is not destroying and well, any effect that doesn't say it destroys it doesn't destroy it. If a monsters effect tossed or obliterated a monster into the graveyard it wouldn't be destroying it (not that there are any, but just for example).
