TEXT CARD: When this card is destroyed as a result of battle with your opponent's monster, remove from play both this card and the opponent's monster that destroyed this card.

If i have Jinzo and d.d. assailant in my side of the field and the opponent activate snatch steel on d.d. assailant and attack Jinzo.

The effect of d.d. assailant is activated?.

Because the text says "as a result of battle with your opponent's monster", technically Jinzo is not my opponent's monsters then the effect does not be activated.

Well I think that...

Any time control changes, the monster is now under the temporary ownership of the new controller, for as long as the monster remains on their side of the field.

Temporary Ownership is not the same as Permanent Control by effect.

W00, I guess you mean the same as I am going to say (?):
DDA is under control of your opponent, therefore will the effect of D.D. Assailant activate, since DDA's controller is your opponent.

Yes it will activate its effect. Your opponent gets it back when it goes to the Graveyard, but since he is not going there that is not a concern. But more importantly your opponent has no choice in the matter to begin with if he or she was able to destroy his or her own D.D. Assailant that you stole.

Yeah. If your foe steals your DDA and ram it to your Jinzo. Both your Jinzo and DDA will go to your own Removed From Play pile. But IMO, he should have stolen Jinzo and ram to your DDA. Cause then you lose your LP instead of the stealer losing their LP.
