deepsea warrior vs metamorphosis

just a quick q based upon the horus l6 vs level up ruling , is it possible to use metamorphosis on deepsea warrior to bring out dark balter?

Yes, "Metamorphosis" will work because tributing the monster is a cost, just like "Level Up!"....

Metamorphosis tributes as a cost, so yes you can tribute any monster that's unaffected by spell cards for Metamorphosis.

i did think that it was ok but i just wanted to check, as i am in the process of making an ocean/chaos deck with the ocean bit based on levia and ocean lord and wanted to add dsw as support plus balter food
