double checking - Creature Swap Vs. Enemy Controller

RIP Jacob KT 2/16/06
I made a new deck, posted http://nforums.netrep.net/index.php/topic,1763.msg12521.html#msg12521, and I came to a situation while using it.

My opponent has 2 face up monsters on the field, lets say Jinzo and Archfiend Soldier. I summon Sinister Serpent, I activate Enemy Controller, I tribute sinister serpent to take control of Archfiend Soldier. Archfiend Soldier is now on my side of the field and Jinzo is on my opponent's side of the field. I activate Creature Swap, I give Archfiend Soldier to my opponent and my opponent gives me Jinzo. I for some reason chose not to or cannot attack so I end my turn.

At the end phase, does my opponent Keep Archfiend Soldier or is control of Archfiend Soldier given to me?

Archfiend Soldier was returned to its owner by the effect of Creature Swap.  At the End Phase of the turn, since the owner/controller is already in possession of his Archfiend, there is nothing to resolve from Enemy Controller.  Nice play!

Why goes Archfiend Soldier to its owner by the effect of Creature Swap :?
On Creature Swap does not stend that it return the monster to the owner and the end of the turn.

Both players select 1 monster on their respective fields and switch control of them to each other. The battle positions of these cards cannot change during the turn this card is activated.

Misunderstood wording. Enemy Controller created a state where Archfiend Soldier would return to the owner in the End Phase. But when Creature Swap was resolved the Archfiend Soldier returned to the original owner thus satisfying the required return Enemy Controller was waiting to perform in the End Phase. So Jinzo stays with his new owner. And Archfiend stays with the original owner.
