Elemental Hero Wildheart and Horus 8 questions

<rolling eyes> Is this topic STILL mulling about? Folks, this topic has been debated to death. I think it's been looked at and debated from about every angle.

I and I'm sure many others have written the question to the judge's list.....they're avoiding it like the plague, which means, they don't know for sure either and need to consult Konami before a ruling is given.

We can, obviously, continue to debate this, however, at this point personally I'd have to say it's a waste of time and energy. There is no clear answer at this time, when the ruling does come through though it should shed some light on other things. I'll look forward to it.

lol! I about died when I saw this thread revived. I have to agree with John. Intelligent arguments on both sides of the fence, but neither so conclusive that it prevents the other side from possibly being right.

just so you know. You aren't alone in your opinion Masterwoo0. I argued the same point of veiw with slither and Tkwiget earlier, both here and on Realms. We ended up in the same deadlock.

The only difference from me being involved in the thread on Realms and in this one was my opinion. I feel that a section of the FAQ on the official site might add some kind of information about "Prevention v.s. Negation" and how to clearly define the two.

As well as conditons and lingering effects.

Lingering effects are pretty easy to notice if you look closely enough, but I don't disagree with you John. Konami needs to define some more of the type of effects that conflict with one another. It probably wouldn't hurt if they defined the kinds of game facts that exist in the game. Off the top of my mind only one card in the game is like that - Twin-Headed Behemoth.
