Divine dragon excelions efects ae very good. but i dont know what the these effects cannot duplicate means. does it mean that each excelions effect can be only used once, or that he can only have one active effect?

divine dragon - excelion says its effects cannot "accumilate". That means he can never have more the one of the chosen effects at one time. If you Normal Summon it, you choose one and only one. There's no way to trigger all three or a combination of two.

I don't agree...excelion can have 1 or two effects but never the same twice...for example if you summon it with 2 copies in the graveyard you could increase its attack by 1000 and make it double-attack, but you couldn't choose twice the ATK increase...

Your correct. I misread.
When this card is Normal Summoned, it gets 1 of the following effects for each "Divine Dragon - Excelion" in your Graveyard when this effect resolves (your choice). These effects cannot accumulate.
"Cannot accumulate" simply means that the effects cannot stack. One and only one of a given effect.

It is conceivably possible that you could get all three effects if, say, you had your opponent's Divine Dragon - Excelion (via Exchange) and three in your Graveyard.

Divine Dragon - Excelion reminds me a lot like Cyber Blader. You only get one of the effects. However, if multiple copies do exist in the Graveyard, you can pick multiple effects; however, just not the same one. The part where it says, "These effects cannot accumulate." mean that you can't use the first effect a total of three times or the first effect and then the third effect twice. It just doesn't work like that.

If two copies of Divine Dragon - Excelion exist in your Graveyard, which is part of Divine Dragon - Excelion's effect, and you normal summon your last copy, you get two of the effects. One of each Divine Dragon - Excelion in your Graveyard. This is printed right on the card btw.

Just remember that the part that says, "These effects cannot accumulate." is referencing to you trying to use the same effect more than once for that copy.

However, you'll never get all three effects at once unless you use Exchange, steal your opponent's copy with three of yours in your Graveyard.

Btw, I'm just backing up Jedi. XD
