Machine Duplication

The question is: If the attack of a machine-type fusion monster is reduced to 500 can I special summon up to 2 more copies from my fusion deck?

To me, it boils down to this: Chain Disappearance can remove fusion monsters if it references a fusion monster. So Machine Duplication can as well. Sangan doesn't reference anything, so it by default goes to the main deck and only the main deck.

Chain Disappearance reference the deck, and if a Ritual mosnter is summoned you may remove all copies of that ritual Monster from the deck from play.

Last Will references the Deck. Can Last Will summon a Relinquished. No. Last Will cannot special summon "Special Summon Only" monsters, (unless Last Will meets the conditions for summoning that monster as is the case for Toon Mermaid.)

Straight from the UDE FAQ:
CAN I DISCARD "Dark Necrofear" AND USE "Monster Reborn" ON IT?
Certain monsters cannot be played with a Normal Summon or Set, only via a Special Summon. Examples of such Special Summon-only monsters include Fusion Monsters, Ritual Monsters, Toon Monsters, "Gate Guardian", "Great Moth", "Wall Shadow", "Dark Necrofear", "Spirit of Flames", "Aqua Spirit", "The Rock Spirit", "Fenrir", "Chaos Sorcerer", etc.

Machine Duplication cannot special summon fusion monsters because it does not meet the requirements to summon a fusion monster. This has nothing to do with what deck is referenced by. Similarly if i equipped 3 shooting Star Bow Ceal to my Red-Eyes Black Metal Dragon i cannot summon more with Machine Duplication, as it is a special-summon only monster.
