Need info on European Cards/Sets

I've just recently gotten a hold of a Spanish Hino-Kagu-Tsuchi. The name is the same, but the text is in Spanish. Ever since then, I'm on a new kick to get a hold of some Italian and maybe French cards. I have already seen a few on eBay, but since I can't read the auction listings, I can't tell if they're for grab bags or the actual card and the euro conversion fluctuates, plus other issues I'd have with buying international on eBay.

I was wondering a couple of things.

1) First of all, are these cards legal to use in sanctioned events here in the United States? I know the rules say that North American cards are legal to use anywhere in the world, but I can't remember seeing that anywhere in the world cards (UDE cards, other than Japanese/Asian of course) are legal to use here in the USA.

2) How can I find out what sets have/have not been released in Europe?

3) For starters, I'd like to get hold of an Italian Dark Magician Girl from MFC. The name is too cool sounding to me "Ragazza Maga Nera." Any suggestions? HAs MFC even been released there?

1) Inside Europe, the cards with an European language on it are legal, as long as the owner of the card explains the card when asked. Think it will be the same for the USA.
2) The cards are everywhere in Europe already released in English. About the other languages? I don't know...
3) Coming back at my last point: I think they are already released in the available languages. However, it could be too that UDE stopped with such things because of the cost. Should inform about that.

Basically, if the card is in English, but for example is from Europe you can use it in Official Tourneys over in USA. I.E. if I decided to use my Mesmeric Control from the UK DOD for Xbox, that would be legal. Asian-English still not legal and anything else nope.
