Pyro Clock of Destiny....

Da Twiggy Man!
I was wondering why Pyro Clock of Destiny works on cards like Swords of Revealing Light, Lightforce Sword, and Wave-Motion Cannon but not with cards like Soul Exchange, Toon Gemini Elf, and Toon Goblin Attack Force.

Because if Pyro Clock of Destiny works with something like Wave-Motion Cannon because you pass an extra Standby Phase, I am wondering why you can't attack with Toon Gemini Elf after you activate Pyro Clock of Destiny. Is it because you have to manually end your turn or is it one of those cases with The End of Anubis vs. Exiled Force?

I just want to know why the monsters from Soul Exchange, Toon Gemini Elf and Toon Goblin Attack Force can't attack after their summoned.

But unfortunatly the current ruling is:

You can only use "Pyro Clock of Destiny" to advance the turn count by 1 for "Swords of Revealing Light", "Lightforce Sword", or "Final Countdown".

BUT the current ruling is based on those cards that count turns (which before FET those were the only 3. Now that "Deck Devastation Virus" is out, why should it not be added to the list?
It doesn't look like it would work.

"until the end of your opponent's 3rd turn after this card's activation"

The terminology of "3rd Turn" does not match up with what Pyro Clock, it has to be a whole number like "3 Turns."

Unless they rule it, i would say that Pyro Clock does not work with DDV.
