I don't use her, well, ever really. So I can't remember if her effect can be chained to another effect that you can activate during the Damage Step. And I don't mean "put on the chain". I mean "chained to" another effect.

I know it would chain to a Spell Speed 3. But an ATK/DEF modifier or one of the "exceptions to the rule", yes.

Umm, Spell Speed 3 are Counter Traps. There are no monster effects that can chain to Spell Speed 3 cards. I'm assuming you made a typo and meant Spell Speed 2. =P
