Can you use Shift to change the target of Offerings to the Doomed to a face-down monster? If so, will this cancel the monster destruction effect and the skipping of the next Draw Phase?
I would say that Shift-ing the target to another monster that is face down will cause Offerings to the Doomed to resolve without effect. And the activation condition, of foregoing the next Draw Phase, will continue. If your opponent chains "Book of Moon" to flip the target of this card face-down, the monster is not destroyed and you will skip your next Draw Phase

[Re: Dark Necrofear] "Tailor of the Fickle" or "Collected Power" can be used to move "Dark Necrofear" from one monster to another after it is an Equip Spell Card. "Fairy's Hand Mirror" or "Shift" cannot be used when "Dark Necrofear" first becomes and Equip Spell Card and is equipped to your opponent's monster.
Is it simply because Dark Necrofear targets a monster on the opposing side? Why cant my opponent use it when my Dark Necrofear targets one of their monsters?
