Just a confirmation

cards such as reborn, premat, call, monster gate, reasoning, etc...

once a monster is summoned, and u can respond via, bottomless trap hole, torrent, ring of destr, needle ceiling, and the summoned monster is exile or tiv, you the player still have priority to use the effect si that correct?


eg:
Player A with 3 f/d monster
Player B either premats, call, or monster gate Exiled force out


Player B can still use exiled effect (paying the cost of tributing itself)
and Platyer A chains either ring or needleceiling to kill it , but its useless , exile is gone already right?

I am pretty sure that is right. The other player still has the option to respond with Torrential Tribute or the sort but could not activate something like Ring of Destruction if the other player tributed Exiled Force, Cannon Soldier, etc. because there would be no monster on the field face up to ring.

If it's in your Main Phase 1 or 2 you can use Priority for the Iginition-Effect of monsters if it's Special Summonsed by the effect of for example Call of the Haunted.

Main Phase 1 (Player A turn)

Player A: Call of the Haunted.
Player B: doesn't chain
Player A: doesn't chain

resolve:

Player A summons a monster (with an Igintion-Effect) by the effect of Call of the Haunted.

Than Player A can use Priority to activate the Ignition-Effect. If it Tributes his/her self you can't activate Ring of Destruction because that monster isn't on the field so no legal target.

The Turn Player has priority to use Spell Speed 2, Counter Traps, and Ignition Effects at the start of his/her Main Phase before anything your opponent does.
