Well, when this is combined with Harpies you get the MST effect ( tornado ) also the picture has a tornadoesque picture on it seemingly created by the Harpie on the picture.... PLUS this card is rarely seen or used even in a harpie deck since most just use Rising Air Current

I am confused by the, "of". I can't tell if he's saying, "Where do tornadoes exist?" or, "What are tornadoes made of?" And, of course, he can't tell us, as he must be cryptic.
Tornadoes are made of wind. Spinning wind. They are made as a cross between a cold front and a warm front, when high, cold air must sink beneath low, warm air.
But what does that TELL us? Someone, please, throw me a bone...
