well your not "chaining" to their start or end, you are just starting a chain. when both players agree to enter a new phase you can start a chain, but as for exiting, u can start a chain before they exit (because exiting a phase, both players have to agree), or wait for the next phase to...

what do you mean? i assume you mean chain BwC to your opp's Mobius? well yes you can, but once the BwC is chained and targetting Spirit Reaper, SR will be destroyed, then bwc will be destroy via game mechanic, and bwc's destruction effect wont work.

I know traps like Waboku can be activated basically any time(excluding damage step etc) But can you activate, Zero Gravity or Ceasefire when there are no monsters?

well i thought because the 2nd effect only occurs right after the monster is summoned, therefore bottomless traphole cannot be activated, due to incorrect timing. Although it does not say when the 2nd effect occurs, but assuming it occurs after the summoning, wouldnt it make sense? yea i...
